I wouldn’t call this a beach read or an audiobook to perk up a road trip or commute. -There be hormonal beasts ahead! I’d class this one as mildly hazardous to one’s equilibrium and able to cause sharp gut-stabs so choose your moment well. I’d recommend delving into it around the same time as an onslaught of emotions might be in the works, or feeling that teeny tiny bit extra needy. When craving some quality “me-time”, a warm blanket, large amounts of chocolate and a box of tissues. -Why, you ask? -Because this one brought out ALL the freaking FEELS and ended on a super swooney note. …and my only concern is to get on to the next one and get another fix of endorphins.
