I thought it was very insightful and gave me tools on how to accept and handle my feelings towards many challenges in life. Really gave me a realistic view on things and made me feel for once NOT crazy and alone with my experience and behaviour. Can highly recommend to read if you experience procrastination, anxiety, stress etc.
