A New York Times Bestseller
In this âunequivocally hilarious and delightfulâ (Kirkus Reviews) young adult romp for fans of Recommended for You and A Cuban Girlâs Guide to Tea and Tomorrow, a teen girl has the worst Valentineâs Day everâonly to relive it over and over again.
After living through a dumpster fire of a Valentineâs Day, Emilie Hornby escapes to her grandmotherâs house for some comfort and a consolation pint of Ben & Jerryâs. She passes out on the couch, but when she wakes up, sheâs back home in her own bedâand itâs Valentineâs Day all over again. And the next day? Another horrendous V-Day.
Emilie is stuck in some sort of time loop nightmare that she canât wake up from as she re-watches her boyfriend, Josh, cheat on her day after day. In addition to Joshâs recurring infidelity, Emilie canât get away from the enigmatic Nick, who she keeps running intoâsometimes literallyâin unfortunate ways.
How many times can one girl passively watch her life go up in flames? And when something good starts to come out of these terrible days, what happens when the universe stops doling out do-overs?

4,5âïž This book was actually soo good! Despite the Groundhog day trope it didn't feel repetitive at all, and I adored the main couple. What I'll never understand though, is why Lynn Painter writes YA books where the main MC reads books with 18+ content, she did it with BTTM as well and it's not cute.
