    Eftersom det inte fanns innehÄllsförteckning pÄ nÀr en meditation började/slutade gick det inte att lyssna varje kvÀll som jag hade tÀnkt mig. DÀrför slutade jag lyssna och dÀrav betyget. Den Àr sÀkert bra om man lyssnar pÄ hela i ett svep :)
