Very concise but brilliant, I listened to this twice through the same day and it was well worth it! Discipline is doing things you should do at the right time no matter what. The book describes how to create good habits, have a vision with well defined goals, describe the changes you want to see so you know what to aim for. It reminds us to reflect our core values in everything we do, have good role models, develop excellent time management systems and keep the importance of sleep, rests, rewards to keep us healthy and motivated.
