I was intrigued by the plot described in the blurb as well as the backstory of the guys and their predecessors. I’ll absolutely get into the previous books but I’ll probably read the next ones first. I’m really looking forward to the next one, “Mrs Robinson”. Since I like a bit of cray cray in these books, I absolutely loved the odd, weird and quirky behaviour of “The Wingmen” and their interaction with Shawn, even though some of their behaviour is seriously OTT. I was a bit surprised by some of the heavier subject matter, since I naively assumed this was more of a light and cheeky read. No matter, it just gave the book some extra backbone and anchored it to the real world. It’s still a fun and flirty read I’d recommend to any one in the mood for some college-romping and frenemies-to-lovers flirty fun.
