Charisma is an intrinsic force that captivates other people's hearts and minds. The keyword there is' authentic,' when we are true to who we are at our core, when we embrace and appreciate our individuality, we exude a completely irresistible magnetic energy.

Charisma is one form of energy, in some cases, magnetism. Some people just are plain charismatic, no matter what they do. But let's think about just what we can do to build it in our lives. When that power and magnetism occurs naturally, it appears as presence. This is what I have learned from my exploration experience so far.
